ONLINE REGISTRATION IS NOW CLOSED!

Thank you for your interest in Forum 2012. Online registrations are now closed. However, you are welcome to register on-site at the Cape Town International Convention Centre, on level 1 from 14:00pm on the 23rd of April 2012.

General Information

Please take note that capacity for Forum 2012 is limited. However, should you register at a time when we are at full capacity, you will be added to our waiting list and informed if a place becomes available.

Registration has been extended to close on Thursday the 5th of April 2012. Online registration will be closed after this date, but you will still be able to register on site upon your arrival at the Forum.

Participation will only be considered as confirmed once payment is received. If you have not paid your registration by Thursday the 5th of April 5 2012, your registration will automatically be cancelled and you will have to re-register on site upon your arrival at Forum 2012.

Entitlements

The fee for participants includes participation in all programme and social events, coffee breaks, lunches, conference bag and other Forum material. Please note that registrations confirmed after 5 April 2012 will not be guaranteed a conference bag.

The fee for accompanying persons includes access to all social events planned during Forum 2012.

Payment

Payments can be made online by credit card or by bank transfer and must be made in Euros.

If you choose to pay by bank transfer a proof of payment must be sent by email to info@forum2012.org. All payments by bank transfer must be made by 5 April 2012 to ensure confirmation of your registration.

All necessary information can be found in the “payment” section of the registration form.

Cancellation Policy

  • All cancellations must be made in writing to the Conference Secretariat.
  • Cancellations received before 21 March 2012 will incur a 10% cancellation fee to cover administration costs.
  • No cancellations will be accepted after the 21 March 2012, however replacements are welcome. An original letter on a letterhead from the person being replaced must be submitted together with a new registration form.
  • All or any refunds will only be processed after the conference.
  • Participation will only be considered as confirmed once payment is received. If you have not paid your registration by 5 April 2012, your registration will automatically be cancelled and you will have to re-register (on site). 
  • Pre-conference registration closes on 5 April 2012. Delegates may only register at the conference from this date onwards.
